There continues to be good availability of restricted tier 2 visa certificates of sponsorship to enable UK employers with a tier 2 certificates of sponsorship to employ skilled workers from outside the EU and EEA on Tier 2 Visas. Following November’s Tier 2 visa allocation meeting, the number of Certificates of Sponsorship (CoS) available for December was 2,932, according to UK Visas and Immigration data. The department published its November report citing that its figures were correct as of 19 November, 2016.
