US E-2 Treaty Investor Visa Option popular for UK nationals
The US E-2 Treaty Investor visa is worth considering both for business investors and for those just looking for an E-2 employee work visa. Nationals of eligible Countries, which include UK nationals, can gain entry based on investments of say as little as US$50,000 in some cases.
Compared to the average London house price of about £500,000 (about US$750,000) this is not really that much. This is also much lower than the minimum requirement of US$500,000 for the US EB-5 immigrant investor program which also requires you to create employment for ten people.

UK immigration's 'Registered Traveller' service speeds up entry into the UK for Tier 2 Visa holders and those entering the UK via most other visa categories including the Tier 1, 4 and 5 visas at designated UK and EU ports.

Australian Skilled Immigration: UK Doctors Leaving for Australia
More UK doctors are moving Down Under on Australian skilled immigration visas. Doctors who have already emigrated to Australia say that 'higher rates of pay and better working conditions' are what tempted them to make the switch from the UK's NHS to practicing abroad.
In July 2015, just 10 days after the UK health secretary, Jeremy Hunt, announced new contract proposals for NHS staff, 3,468 UK doctors applied for permission from the General Medical Council (GMC) for certificates to practice abroad.
