US B-1 in lieu of H-1B Visa Update
This is to send highly skilled graduate level staff over to the US to work for short periods of time. It is possible to gain entry without a degree level qualification as long as you have a good level of experience equivalent to at least a degree, and the job in the US is a highly skilled job. Usually the visa is granted for up to a year. It is a faster alternative to the L1 visa and H1B visa.
