There are no significant changes to waiting times for applicationsmade to Work Permits UK. Customers should allow for the followingperiods:

• Leave to Remain Applications - 13 weeks from the date of application;
• Work Permit Applications - you can expect a decision within 5 working days if you have provided all the required information;
• Highly Skilled Migrant Programme - allow up to 26 weeks from the date of applications;
• Worker registration Scheme - up to 3 weeks from the date of application.
